Project Process

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary based on project scope. A simple website might take 2–4 weeks, while a fully custom design and development project may take 8–12 weeks or more. We’ll provide a detailed timeline as part of our proposal.

Do you use templates or create custom designs?

Every project is custom and created by humans. We design and develop everything from scratch to ensure the final product reflects your brand and functions exactly the way you need it to.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes. Every website we create is fully responsive and tested across modern devices and browsers. If you have specific needs, like supporting niche or legacy devices, let us know and we'll make it work.

Do I need to supply content and photos?

Generally, yes. Two things we don't offer are copywriting and photographic services. We can work with your existing content, help you select content from your existing materials, and source licensed imagery. If you need copywriting or photographic services, we have many professional colleagues we can recommend.

What platforms do you build on?

We specialize in custom-built, bespoke websites, which means we can support nearly any platform. However, we also work with industry standards like WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and can integrate with 3rd-party platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, and more.

Can I update the website myself?

Absolutely. We build user-friendly content management systems that make it easy to update pages, add new content, and make minor changes without needing to code.

What about website speed and security?

Ongoing Support

Do you offer maintenance or support after launch?
