About the Founder

Roger Soucy, Founder

Roger founded Elusive Concepts and has been designing and developing websites for over twenty-five years. As a digital artist and programmer, he is able to create compelling website designs and write the code that makes them work.

Early in his career, Roger discovered that being both a designer and a developer is relatively rare, and finding fulfilling work that allowed him to practice both was difficult. Most agencies and development firms look to hire specialized designers or developers, so he decided to create something different.

Roger believes an in-depth understanding of design fundamentals and programming techniques and a solid drive to focus on high-quality work leads to far better creations. In a world where agencies hire dozens of contractors to churn out cookie-cutter work, Roger created Elusive Concepts to focus on digital craftsmanship.
